Mr Terry Townshend is Director of Policy Development for GLOBE International's G8+5 Climate Change Dialogue.  He joined GLOBE International in 2007 on a 3-year secondment from the UK Government.  Previously Terry was Head of Outreach in the International Climate Change Team in the UK's Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.  Prior to joining Defra in 2004 Terry worked in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, covering issues such as Iraq, Africa and Counter Proliferation.  Terry is based in Copenhagen.
