The second meeting of the G8+5 Climate Change Dialogue will convene in Washington in the Senate Russell Office building on the 14th & 15th February

The two day Forum will receive keynote addresses from Chancellor Angela Merkel (by video), Paul Wolfowitz, President of the World Bank, Sir Richard Branson, Yuriko Koike, Japan's National Secuirty Advisor and Sir Nicholas Stern amongst others.

Senators Biden, Bingaman, Boxer, Craig, Lieberman, McCain and Snowe as well as Congressmen Gilchrest, Lantos, Inslee and Udall will all be speaking and participating.
