Policy focus
Four thematic Working Groups have been established by the Dialogue’s International Advisory Board to develop policy proposals for consideration at the Dialogue’s annual Legislators Forum.

The policy focus of the Working Groups was revised at the Berlin Legislators Forum in June 2007: please click on the 'view' link below to access the revised policy objectives.

Markets Working Group
The Markets Working Group was initially chaired by the Hon Toshikatsu Matsuoka, Japan Minister of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries. Following his untimely death in May 2007 a new Chair is being sought and will be announced shortly.

Working Group policy development is led by Chatham House (the Royal Institute of International Affairs) with support from the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES).
