GLOBE Brazil has been in existence for four years and the current President is Senator Cicero Lucena, 1st Secretary of the Senate of Brazil.

The previous President was Senadora Serys Slhessarenko, Vice President of the Senate of Brazil. GLOBE Brazil have an active group of members from both the Congress and the Senate and hosted a GLOBE International Legislators Forum in 2008 attended by then President Lula. GLOBE Brazil is currently working in partnership with GLOBE International for the 1st World Summit of Legislators to be held on from the 15th-17th June 2012 in Rio de Janeiro.
